1. What this website is

This is an information site about the Maia Resort Ho Tram project, published by Happy Land, a real estate distributor in Vietnam. It is not owned by the developer and is not an official disclosure channel for the project.

2. What we collect

The form on this site does not post anything to a server of ours. When you press the send button, your browser assembles the fields you filled in into a message and hands it to Zalo or WhatsApp on your own device. Whether you send it is entirely your decision.

One thing to be precise about: on the WhatsApp path the composed message travels inside the link that opens WhatsApp, so WhatsApp receives it at that point, before you press send in their app. On the Zalo path the message is only copied to your clipboard.

Your name, phone number and message are not stored by this website in either case.

3. Cookies and measurement

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking code for advertising purposes.

If we later enable visitor measurement, the scope of that measurement and how to opt out will be described in this section before it goes live.

4. When you contact us by WhatsApp, Zalo or phone

When you get in touch, Happy Land receives the information you provide and uses it to advise you on the project you asked about. We do not sell or trade your information to third parties outside the purpose of advising on a transaction.

Conversations on Zalo and WhatsApp are also governed by those platforms’ own policies.
